The Agreement
By purchasing our products, you are entering a legal agreement with Kozo. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Ownership & Activation (The "No-Subscription" Promise)
Kozo operates on a "One-Time Activation" model.
Activation Fee: Your fee grants you a lifetime license to use the Kozo Guardian gatekeeper on the specified repository.
No Recurring Tax: We will not charge your card monthly. If you stop using Kozo, your bill is $0.
Maintenance: We promise to maintain the GitHub Action and Rule Library. However, we reserve the right to deprecate versions of the software with 30 days' notice if underlying technologies (like the GitHub API) change fundamentally.
Refund Policy
We believe in our product. If Kozo does not improve your workflow within the first 30 days of purchase, email support@kozo.one for a full refund.
Refunds are limited to the most recent purchase of activation fees.
Once a refund is processed, your access and will be revoked.
Ethical Use & Limits
You agree not to use Kozo to: Reverse engineer our proprietary "Atomic Rewrite" prompts.
Spam the GitHub API or attempt to circumvent our credit system.
Upload metadata from codebases you do not have the legal right to access.
Limitation of Liability
Kozo is an AI-powered tool. While we strive for architectural perfection, we are not responsible for any bugs, data loss, or "hallucinations" introduced to your codebase by following an AI repair prompt. Always review AI-generated code before merging. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration, not class actions.
